Experienced and dynamic RN needed for rewarding position at Our Lady of Peace retirement community. Responsible for directing all aspects of nursing care for the residents of our 102 unit independent and assisted living center, 30 bed nursing center and 24 bed special care center. Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience with excellent assessment, problem solving, and interpersonal skills. This is a wonderful opportunity to lead our stable team of caring staff and take our continuous quality improvement initiatives to the next level. This position requires a current Virginia RN license in good standing, Bachelor's degree in related field and working knowledge of federal and state regulations. Rotating on-call coverage, off-shift and weekend work required.
