Avante at Harrisonburg, Inc. a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation facility in Virginia is seeking a Director of Nursing to supervise the day-today nursing activities of the facility and as may be directed by the Administrator. Directly supervise Nurse Managers and ADON. Plans and provides managerial and/or clinical support to patients and staff within the Nursing department. Supervises employees and participates in selection, orientation, counseling, evaluation and staff scheduling. Demonstrates effective communication skills, problem solving, and conflict resolution. Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing licensed in VA Previous Long Term Care a must. Previous supervisory experience required Avante offers excellent compensation and benefits.
