A Skilled Nursing Facility in Northwestern Virginia is seeking a Virginia licensed Nursing Home Administrator with experience in a long-term care facility. Lead the planning process to develop goals for quality care, employee retention and financial performance. Manage day to day operations of the facility, direct the hiring/training of personnel; implement control systems to ensure accountablity in all departments. Requirements: .Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Virginia and meet all of the applicable Federal and State Licensure. .A four year degree. .At least 3 years experience as an LNHA is a must .Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills. .Patience, tact, enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards the elderly. .Strong financial and marketing skills.
