Manassas Health and Rehab Center has an opportunity for a dynamic Director of Nursing – DON (RN – Registered Nurse) to join our team of compassionate caregivers.

As Director of Nursing – DON (RN – Registered Nurse), you will:

• Provide leadership to the nursing team within the center by committing to, meeting and exceeding clinical
expectations.
• Participate in nursing department staffing (recruit, select, assign, orient, in-service, supervise, evaluate, retain,
terminate)
• Collaborate with the Administrator and Center leadership to meet Center goals
• Be an active member of the leadership team and work collaboratively to provide quality care to our residents
• Administer and evaluate all nursing service programs to maintain standards of resident care

Qualifications for Director of Nursing – DON (RN – Registered Nurse):

• Current RN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions
• CPR Certification
• Five years’ experience in a nursing leadership role
• Long-Term/Rehab/Memory Care experience (preferred)
