Previews & Returns

Except by special arrangement, we treat video and DVD orders as sales in our accounting system. However, our return policy gives you the flexibility to review and approve training materials at no risk before you place them in use. We ask that you complete your review within 30 days if possible, but additional time is never a problem. If you find that the program you ordered does not meet your needs for any reason, you may return in for a full refund (if you prepaid or paid by credit card) or credit to your account (if we billed you).
