Take advantage of early bird pricing by registering and paying before July 1, 2025.

• To receive the early bird registration price your registration must be paid in full by July 1, 2025. Payments received after July 1 will be invoiced the full registration fee of $825 or $1,650.

VHCA-VCAL Member: $750.00 ($825.00 after July 1, 2025)
Prospective Member: $1,500.00 ($1,650 after July 1, 2025)

 

Registration deadline: The registration deadline is September 8, 2025.

 

Special notices

• Final registration approval is determined by VHCA-VCAL staff. 
• Representatives of companies that have not purchased a Trade Show booth will not be allowed to show products, discuss services, or otherwise solicit business in the trade show area; that right is reserved exclusively for representatives of those companies that have purchased booths.
