Review the “What makes a great Faces & Stories profile” for details on preparing a resident story.
The nominee should be a current resident in your center.
Submit early and keep the stories coming. For consideration in the initial 2027 collection, please submit by November 13, 2026. After that, we’ll continue accepting great Faces & Stories nominations throughout the year.
To comply with HIPPA requirements, we will need a signed VHCA-VCAL Image Release Form for each individual captured in a photo. Please upload signed forms or email them to kathy.robertson@vhca.org.
