IJ and SQC Findings + IDR Process Member Webinar5/19/202612pm
Overview
This free two‑part educational webinar series exclusively for members, will focus on Immediate Jeopardy (IJ) and Substandard Quality of Care (SQC) findings, as well as the Informal Dispute Resolution (IDR) process.
- Sessions will be held on April 28 and May 19.
Why it matters: With IJ and SQC findings occurring more frequently across the state, timely education and preparation have become more important than ever.
- These sessions are designed to provide current practical, real‑world education to help providers better understand how IJ and SQC determinations are made, what surveyors are required to document, and how facilities can respond effectively—both at the time of survey and, if pursued, through the IDR process.
Part One | April 28, 2026 | 12:00 pm
Part One will focus on IJ and SQC, covering key regulatory concepts, common pitfalls, and expectations related to plans of removal.
