Overview

Join VCAL for our upcoming Assisted Living Webinar Series. These one-hour seminars will cover timely topics specific to Virginia assisted living providers including best practices and regulatory considerations for capital projects, licensure inspection preparation, and clinical and operational opportunities emerging from inspections.

Developing and Implementing Capital Projects:  Best Practices and Important Regulatory Considerations
April 13, 2021 | 2:00 – 3:00 pm

Whether a facility plans to establish a new facility, add beds to an existing facility, or perform physical plant renovations, it must navigate through a complex array of regulatory filings, approvals and sometimes surveys. The steps can be numerous, and timing is everything. One misstep can result in delayed implementation of the project or government agency enforcement actions. Hancock Daniel’s Ryan Martin will help you examine different types of assisted living facility capital projects and the timing and steps of obtaining the required regulatory approvals. He will also help you identify required steps to incorporate into a master roll-out plan to avoid delays and unnecessary stress.
