The steps can be numerous, and timing is everything. One misstep can result in delayed implementation of the project or government agency enforcement actions. Hancock Daniel’s Ryan Martin will help you examine different types of assisted living facility capital projects and the timing and steps of obtaining the required regulatory approvals. He will also help you identify required steps to incorporate into a master roll-out plan to avoid delays and unnecessary stress.

Best Legal Practices for ALF Licensure Inspection Preparation and Response

Hancock Daniel’s Kyle René will provide practical pointers on preparing for assisted living facility (ALF) licensure inspections. The discussion will focus not only prevention of deficiency citations, but also on properly responding to individual deficiencies when they arise.
