Overview

The COVID 19 pandemic accelerated many of the initiatives already being considered across the patient care continuum and in the senior services industry. 2020 saw the implementation of the long-awaited 3-day stay waiver, the proliferation of telehealth services, the rise of remote monitoring systems, and acceleration of hospital-at-home and SNF-at-home models of service delivery. 2021 and beyond offer even greater promise of innovation as healthcare consumers demand alternatives in service delivery.

During this webinar, Hilary Forman and David Mercugliano of HealthPRO® Heritage will review the changes we have already seen manifested, how early adopters have harnessed technology and changes in federal regulation to implement innovation, and the barriers that remain to further evolution.
