In this webinar, Ben Traynham will discuss the emergence of telehealth opportunities as a result of the pandemic, and how providers can leverage these opportunities to benefit their residents. He will review how telehealth services are reimbursed and whether further developments can be anticipated. When to Seek Qualified Legal Counsel

During this webinar, Eric Atkinson will discuss the importance of conducting internal audits as a routine matter before any claim review requests are received. He will also explore what could happen when a final audit letter includes fraud allegations and a discussion of how and when you may want to have your attorney engage with audit team. Atkinson will also review how your legal counsel can help with the appeal process for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans and why an appeal, even if unsuccessful, is an important part of your overall defense.
