Evelyn Glover
Ms. Glover came to Norview Heights Rehabilitation and Nursing following a prolonged hospital stay. She needed full assistance with all her activities of daily living, transfers, and mobility. Upon admission, she was unable to walk and dependent on staff for most of her care needs. Through the dedication of her interdisciplinary team and personalized therapy, Ms. Glover made remarkable progress in gaining back her strength, balance, and independence.
Before she was discharged back home, the Norview team performed a home visit with her son to ensure a safe and seamless transition for her. After some final fine-tuning, Ms. Glover was safely discharged in April—walking again with her rolling walker and smiling every step of the way.
