Ms. Paula BumgarnerMs. Paula Bumgarner was raised in Wilkesboro, NC. Growing up she was always outgoing. She won the Miss Wilkes County Beauty pageant and even made it to be the runner up for Miss North Carolina!

Ms. Bumgarner is a well-educated and intelligent woman who attended the University of North Carolina Greensboro. After graduating, she moved to Roanoke with her husband and two children and worked as the president of the Roanoke Symphony Orchestra organizing events, workshops, and conferences to raise money. She would routinely garner famous guests to come and speak at the workshops. One special guest was Elizabeth Taylor—Paula even got to spend an evening dining with the actress. Some of Bumgarner’s other accolades include being awarded Mother of the Year in 1981 Realtor of the Year. Bumgarner is kind, fun-loving, and can always bring a smile to your face.
