Are You Coming to the Fall Summit? Send in Your Vaccine Info Now

VHCA-VCAL’s priority remains the safety of attendees, exhibitors, presenters, and staff. All attendees at the Fall Summit & Expo and the Managing Medicare Managed Care Intensive are required to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

To expedite the onsite check-in at these events, please send your proof of vaccination to Linda Pretlow at linda.pretlow@vhca.org today!

How to Send in Your Vaccine Record

Scans or photos of a vaccination card or certificate are acceptable. You will receive confirmation when we have received and recorded it, and it will then be deleted for your privacy.

You can easily access a certificate of vaccination at the Virginia Department of Health COVID-19 vaccination record portal.

Once vaccination status is verified, fully vaccinated attendees need not show proof at future events. This policy is subject to revision pending changes to federal or state guidelines regarding booster shots.

We must receive your documentation no more than 72 hours before the start of the event. After that, you must show proof of vaccination at the registration desk directly upon your arrival.

Health and Safety Protocols

Please note that per CDC and VDH guidance, even individuals who are full vaccinated should wear a mask indoors in public in areas of substantial or high transmission. At present, nearly every locality in Virginia meets the definition of “substantial or high transmission.” VHCA-VCAL will monitor this guidance for any changes.

Visit our website for additional details and information on the health and safety protocols implemented for these events.

Thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to seeing you safely!
