During its February 24 meeting, the VHCA-VCAL Board of Directors elected 2 new members of the Executive Committee. The new committee members elected to 1-year terms are William Fralin, President and CEO of Medical Facilities of America, and Tom Orsini, President and CEO of Lake Taylor Transitional Care Hospital.
