What’s new: CMS has posted an updated quality measure user manual, along with updated measure specifications and risk adjustment files. These include: 

• Updated Nursing Home Compare Claims-based Quality Measure Technical Specifications and Appendix.
• Updated SNF QM User’s Manual v7.0 for the SNF Quality Reporting Program and risk adjustment files effective October 1, 2025.
