The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) issued a revised version of its 42-page “Patient-Driven Payment Model: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)” on April 4. CMS also released additional updated resources relevant to PDPM implementation, including various coding crosswalks and classification logic.
