Deadline Approaching to Submit Comments on Proposed Minimum Staffing Rule
Two weeks left: The formal comment period on the CMS minimum staffing proposed rule ends November 6.
- Now is the time to share with CMS why this rule won’t work. Submitting a comment using the AHCA Action Center is easy.
By the numbers: While AHCA/NCAL met its original goal of submitting 10,000 comments to CMS from members, a new goal has been set to reach 15,000 comments to have a greater impact with CMS and the Biden Administration.
- As of last Friday, about 250 comments were from Virginia. Help to boost that number before the comment period ends.
