Submit your Intent to Apply for the AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program!

The 2018 Intent to Apply payment process is now available to applicants on the Quality Award Website. An Intent to Apply is not mandatory; however, applicants that submit an Intent to Apply will save money on their overall application fee and will also receive weekly deadline reminders, application tips, and additional education materials from Quality Award staff.

The Intent to Apply deadline is Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 8 p.m. Eastern. Applicants are strongly encouraged to submit the non-refundable and non-transferable Intent to Apply payment. For additional information, contact qualityaward@ahca.org.

Based on the Baldrige Performance Excellence Framework, the program recognizes long term and post-acute care member centers and communities nationally that strive for improved quality care.

All applicants should read the appropriate award level application packet (Bronze, Silver, or Gold) in full before submitting an Intent to Apply payment. No paperwork or application is needed to submit the Intent to Apply.
