In the News: Hare Explains Vaccine Clinics

In an interview with 13 News Now, Norfolk’s ABC affiliate, Keith Hare expressed hopefulness that vaccine clinics in nursing homes could begin by December 28. He explained the pharmacy partnership with CVS and Walgreens to vaccinate LTC residents and staff.  He praised Virginia’s efforts to prioritize nursing homes but said there’s more to do right now like becoming comfortable with taking the vaccine, being incredibly diligent in wearing your facemask, and limiting your exposure.
