Responses for the annual DMAS nursing facility wage survey are due February 18, 2022. Participation in the Wage Survey is mandatory for all free-standing nursing facilities participating in Medicaid and/or Medicaid managed care programs. The collected information is vital to an accurate calculation of the annual inflation factor. 

DMAS sent invitations via email to facility administrators to complete the survey on January 10. Those invitations noted that to complete the survey, respondents should register in RedCap as a first time user. All username and passwords from last year have been deleted.

Go to https://www.virginiamedicaid.dmas.virginia.gov/wps/portal/nfwagesurveyapplication to register and complete the Nursing Facility Wage Survey. The DMAS Nursing Facilities webpage also includes additional survey instructions, a FAQ document and a data entry Excel workbook.
