CMS announced on August 15, 2025 it will temporarily pause Nursing Home Care Compare updates due to the recent transition to iQIES.

• Information on Care Compare will remain static and will not reflect any updates. Regular updates are anticipated to resume in October.
• CMS reminds providers that they are responsible for continuing to post their most recent survey findings (2567) in a publicly accessible area within the facility.
