Call for nominations: The VHCA-VCAL Board of Directors will have several openings for the 2026-2027 term. Nominations are due by June 27, 2025.

Nominees are sought for the following positions:

• Chairman (one year term)
• Vice Chairman (one year term)
• Secretary/Treasurer (one year term)
• Proprietary (two seats/two year term)
• Not-for-profit (two seats/two year term)
• At-Large (one seat/two year term)

What board service entails: Service on the VHCA-VCAL board offers you a chance to guide the decisions of our association and shape our future.

• The Board of Directors meets quarterly to manage the affairs of the association and provide strategic direction for VHCA-VCAL initiatives.
• The upcoming board term will begin on January 1, 2026.
