Advocacy is a year-round job.

• There’s much more to advocacy than lobbying during the General Assembly session.
• The meetings and outreach we conduct with legislators, agency officials, and other stakeholders beyond session have lasting impact on our ability to be effective advocates for our members.

• 1/27—Met with DMAS to discuss PDPM claims issues.
• 1/27—Attended the AHCA Quality Improvement Committee meeting.
• 1/29—Met with IPRO, the new Mid-Atlantic QIN-QIO.
