We have an opportunity for a dynamic Unit Manager – RN/LPN on our Long-Term Care Unit to join our team of compassionate caregivers.

As a Unit Manager, you will:

• Coordinate, manage, and evaluate resident care and unit operations

• Monitor timely, concise documentation of resident care in EMR

• Provide pertinent information regarding resident care to physicians when making rounds

• Evaluate staff performance and oversight of direct care performance

• Assure compliance with principles of infection control and universal precautions

Qualifications for a Unit Manager:

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions

• Current CPR Certification

• Previous managerial experience (preferred)

• Demonstrates excellent clinical, customer service, and leadership skills
