Kissito Healthcare is using a creative, interactive approach to conduct falls management training according to a recent McKnight’s Long- Term Care News column.

• By using the experience of an escape room, the company is simulating a resident’s story for staff training. Each part of the story offers a key to understanding the resident’s fall history and was revealed if attendees could figure out the puzzle.
