The Department of Social Services has prepared a chart detailing the new assisted living facility (ALF) standard numbers, the current ALF standard numbers, along with the corresponding titles. 

On the table, when two titles are listed separated by a slash mark (/), the first title listed is the new title; the title after the slash is the current title. There are a few new standard numbers that do not have a comparable current standard number.  Please keep in mind that there are some requirements that were moved from one standard to another that will not be indicated on the chart.
