A workgroup DMAS representatives, managed care organizations (MCO), and the nursing care sector have worked together to find a way to reconcile the special $20 per day nursing facility supplemental payments for utilization between March 12 and June 30, 2020, without having to reconcile at the individual patient level. DMAS has provided a template for providers to complete and return by February 15 with the outstanding amounts owed by or to them.

Both DMAS and the MCOs have pulled or will be pulling their utilization and claims paid and determine what amounts are outstanding. They are requesting that you fill out this spreadsheet by MCO, for FFS (DMAS), and by PACE or hospice organization with the outstanding amounts owed by or owed to them. It is important for you to provide the proper NPI for the facilities and PACE or hospice organization.
