We have posted two new resources on the Requirements of Participation webpage to assist you with implementation of the new regulations.  The first is clarifying information from CMS on the abuse reporting requirements in 42 CFR 483.12.  The second new resource is provided courtesy of the Tennessee Health Care Association; it summarizes key points by regulatory section and tag as outlined in the surveyor training on the rule.
