The CDC SNF Vaccination Dashboard displays weekly vaccination data and is updated every Thursday. Data for the week ending March 27 shows that Virginia’s percentage of nursing home residents who have completed their COVID-19 primary vaccination series and received an additional primary or booster dose and the percentage of staff who have completed two doses of the mRNA vaccine or one dose of the single-dose vaccine exceed the national averages. Virginia’s percentages of staff who have received a booster shot, while increasing weekly, falls below the national average.

• Virginia average: 78.3%

• National average: 47.1%
• Virginia average: 40.8%
