The Virginia Department of Health’s (VDH) Office of Licensure and Certification is requesting applications for up to 30 Medicaid-certified nursing center beds in Planning District 18, known as the Middle Peninsula Planning District (the Counties of Essex, Gloucester, King and Queen, King William, Mathews, and Middlesex).

The review schedule is as follows:

• Letter of intent deadline – 12/31/15
• Application deadline – 2/1/16
• Review cycle will begin on 3/10/16
