Make plans to attend the virtual VHCA-VCAL Annual Membership Meeting on December 3 at 2:00 pm to elect members of the Board of Directors for the 2021 term.  Facility members should complete the Voter Authorization Form to participate in the meeting and review the slate recommended by the Nominating Committee.

The Nominating Committee recommends the following Slate of Officers and Board members for terms beginning January 1, 2021:

One Year Term

• Vice Chairman: Derrick Kendall, CEO | Lucy Corr Village | Chesterfield, VA
• Secretary/Treasurer: Karen Stanfield, Senior Vice President of Operations | Saber Healthcare Group | Bedford Heights, OH

Two Year Term

• Assisted Living Director: Pam Doshier, Administrator | Dogwood Village of Orange County | Orange, VA
• Associate Member Director: Sam Phillips, Principal | Walker-Phillips Healthcare Consulting | Roanoke, VA
• At Large Director: Scott Williamson, SE Division Operations Manager | Laurel Health Care Company | Westerville, OH

Member facilities must complete the survey to receive the Zoom call in information for the meeting and to serve as an authorized voter.
