The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) held the first of four application webinars on the Phase 4 Provider Relief Funds (PRF) and Rural Distributions. AHCA/NCAL has prepared a brief overview of key points HRSA staff noted during their presentation on the PRF Phase 4 and ARP Rural Allocations.

HRSA focused most of the presentation reviewing information which can be found in the application materials found at the Future Payment webpage.

AHCA/NCAL also has included preliminary application tips based upon the HRSA presentation. HRSA clarified a number of important points on:

• its data sources for award;
• the Rural Distribution application; and 
• ow the Agency will define “small,” “medium,” and “large” providers.
