We will be electing officers and new board members at the upcoming Annual Membership Meeting on September 26 at 11:30 am during the VHCA-VCAL Convention at the Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center.  Facility members should return their Voter Authorization Form in advance of the meeting. 

You can scan and email the completed form to Doran Hutchinson or send it via fax to 804-353-3098.  You may also return it to Doran on-site at the Convention at the Hotel Roanoke up to 30 minutes prior to the start of the Annual Membership Meeting.
