Presenter Karolee Alexander, RN, RAC-CT, Director of Reimbursement and Clinical Consulting at Pathway Health will walk through the domains of the Five-Star rating and discuss how each domain score is calculated as well as QAPI strategies for investigating and improving the rating in each domain. The final component of the class will be a discussion about calculating the overall Five-Star rating and approaches for using the data to monitor and improve quality outcomes.
