NCAL Executive Director Scott Tittle writes to members to recap 2018 NCAL activities, while also providing some context on recent happenings in D.C. As he notes NCAL had a great year, he adds, ”The assisted living sector has had to face challenges of its own. While most of the profession is doing well, demographics in the elderly population, recruitment and retention of quality caregivers, and changes in the healthcare marketplace are putting pressure on many of you.”
