Exceeding membership growth goals, record breaking AL participation in the AHCA/NCAL Quality Awards Program, and adding four new AL measures to LTC Trend Tracker were just a few of the accomplishments NCAL achieved over the last year.  In 2016, NCAL fulfilled its mission through Persistent Progress—the focus of the association’s digital annual report.

This year’s NCAL annual report features a video message from Executive Director Scott Tittle, discussing not just highlights from 2016, but offering perspective on what may come in 2017.  Scott will share more in-person at the Assisted Living Symposium on July 25.
