VHCA-VCAL member Lexi Rehkemper, assistant executive director at Annandale Healthcare Center was inspired at a young age—as as a sophomore in high school—to one day run her own nursing home. She discovered this passion by working in a variety of roles, from a dietary aid to now an assistant executive director, seeing all sides of long term care and the many benefits it brings.
