Providers may have recently received a letter stating that Optima Health will be retracting money paid for services rendered to Optima Health Community Care members. The letters stated the member was retro-disenrolled but this information was not correct. Optima advises that providers can disregard this letter, as it was sent in error. Retractions will not be made.
