• The January memo added revised guidance and training for Nursing Services (F-725 and F-727) and Payroll Based Journal (F-851) to the updates for Appendix PP and the Long-Term Care Survey Process (LTCSP).
• The effective date of implementation for all new guidance to March 24, 2025.
