CMS Efforts to Block Grant Medicaid
AHCA/NCAL President and CEO Mark Parkinson wrote a memo to members describing the latest proposal to administer the Medicaid program via block grants to states. Parkinson explains if the Centers and Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) adopted such reforms, “Obviously, this becomes a top tier issue for us.”
