What’s new: DSS issued two recent memos updating:

• Licensing Administrator supervisory assignments and contact information, and
• Division of Licensing Programs (DOLP) Licensing Offices contact information.

Of note: The updates to the DOLP licensing offices contact information include:

• The physical office location for the Northern Licensing Office in Warrenton closed March 31, 2025.
• The physical office location for the Central Licensing Office in Richmond closed June 30, 2025.

To avoid delays with processing and response, providers should continue sending all applications, fees, and correspondence to the DOLP Home Office in Glen Allen.
