What’s new: Per a July 1 memo to providers, the DSS Division of Licensing Programs (DOLP) has updated its Contact Information document.

• Of note, one of the two phone numbers for each licensing office has been updated and the physical office location for the Peninsula licensing staff closed on June 30, 2024. All mail and faxes for this and other licensing offices should continue going to the VDSS DOLP Home Office in Glen Allen.

DOLP has regional offices located throughout Virginia. Please contact the Licensing Office near you for information or questions regarding adult care licensing.
