Ascend Project Support Services requested that we notify you that it will now be offering providers in Virginia another option for resolving their assessment questions and procedural clarifications. Effective July 11, 2017, Ascend launched a fully dedicated Virginia PASRR Help Desk Extension to more quickly route your questions to subject matter experts.  You can now reach the Virginia PASRR Help Desk at 877.431.1388, ext. 3205.

In the past, providers have typically reached out to their primary Ascend contact in order to find answers to their questions. While this process worked well, going forward providers should use the new Virginia PASRR extension.
