In response to feedback from VHCA members during the biweekly claims processing conference calls about paper claims being rejected on the front end and not entering the system for processing, Anthem has worked with its internal partners on a solution. Effective immediately, all NF Part A/Part B paper submissions can be mailed to a new address.

Anthem believes the use of the new address will avoid any rejections moving forward as most claims will now come over electronically through Medicare, but for paper submissions, the new address will be the best solution.
