The Residents Rights and Medicare/Medicaid Notification posters are now available at no charge to VHCA-VCAL members in five languages:  English, Spanish, S. Mandarin, Korean, Vietnamese, and Farsi. To request copies, send an email to Kathy Robertson specifying the quantities and languages you need.

The Residents Rights poster was updated November 21, 2016 to comply with the Requirements of Participation.  The Medicare/Medicaid Notification poster was updated on December 8, 2016.  VHCA-VCAL consulted with the Office of Licensure and Certification, the Department of Medical Assistance Services, and the Virginia Office of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman to prepare the posters.  VHCA-VCAL would also like to thank Mary Chiles and Peter Mellete for reviewing the text.
