Emergency Preparedness Regulations Take Effect November 16
As a reminder, nursing centers need to comply with the final rule on emergency preparedness which takes effect on November 16, 2017. We have gathered a list of resources from AHCA and CMS.
The emergency preparedness rule impacts skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and intermediate care facilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities (ICF/IIDs), but does not apply to assisted living providers.
