Now is the time to review the criteria for the VHCA-VCAL Recognition Awards and prepare your nominations to honor your peers and staff who go above and beyond in providing exceptional care. The deadline to submit nominations is September 10.

The VHCA-VCAL Recognition Awards honor individuals in the following roles:

• Nursing Facility Administrator of the Year
• Assisted Living Administrator of the Year
• Director of Nursing of the Year
• Certified Nursing Assistant of the Year
• James G. Dunton Distinguished Service Award for Lifetime Achievement

Winners will be announced at the Fall Summit & Expo on November 10  at the Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center.
