VHCA-VCAL will hold its Annual Membership Meeting on December 3 at 10:00 am to elect members of the Board of Directors for the 2021 term. The meeting will be held virtually. Please review the slate of officers and directors recommended by the Nominating Committee and complete your Voter Authorization Form.

The Nominating Committee recommends the following Slate of Officers and Board members for terms beginning January 1, 2021:

One Year Term

• Associate Member Director: Sam Phillips, Principal | Walker-Phillips Healthcare Consulting | Roanoke, VA
• At Large Director: Scott Williamson, SE Division Operations Manager | Laurel Health Care Company | Westerville, OH

Facility members should also take this short survey to complete the Voter Authorization form in order to participate in the meeting. Member facilities must complete this survey to receive the Zoom call in information for the meeting and to serve as an authorized voter.
