New Toolkit on Five-Star Changes
To help you prepare for the forthcoming changes to the new Five-Star ratings that will be published on the Nursing Home Compare (NHC) website later this month, AHCA has prepared a member toolkit. The changes will include updates to all three components of the system—survey, staffing and quality measures—that will cause your star ratings to change.
The member toolkit available on the Five-Star achancalED webpage contains talking points, a template media statement, and template letters to families and referral sources/payors.
